The National Kidney Foundation of CO, MT & WY will hold the 27th Annual Great Chefs of the West in February 2010. Leading up to this signature event will be several young professionals (YP) events, held at various locations around Denver to showcase the city’s top culinary talent. The first Great Chefs of the West YP event of 2009 was held at a furnished unit of One Lincoln Park, catered by Opus Restaurant and Gourmet Fine Catering. CultureHaus, a social and educational support group of the Denver Art Museum connecting the young at heart with art, hosted the Art of Sculpture on February 7 at RedLine (2350 Arapahoe St., Denver). Guests enjoyed interactive sculpting sessions, an ice luge with specialty drinks, a VIP lounge, and food by Gourmet Fine Catering and Denver chef extraordinaire, Chef D.
